Mott is OUR Community College
Local employers cannot find enough skilled workers — electricians, welders, nurses, and technicians. Mott Community College is where Genesee County trains its workforce, working directly with local employers to fill good-paying jobs right here at home. Without stable funding, those programs shrink and the jobs go elsewhere. This renewal keeps our workforce pipeline strong.
